does yahoo have sidebar gadgets?

how the f in hell do i get yahoo off my home page tab that i got from igoogle gadgets please help ?

i had google as my home page and took a look in igoogle thinking it was safe and chose a gadget that allowed me to add yahoo as an extra tab to check mail at a glance at top of google home page .only to discover that it now takes f in ages to down load and also has rebooted my computer twice in a couple of hours so far . i cant handle that sh*t im new to computers as you can probably tell !!!!!!! can any tell me how to remove this so called gadget and if its harmful or what ?????PLEEAASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN !! before i need serious mental help !!! its driving me nuts ! cheers every one luv stressed out sarah x

someone tell me what is safer and which program uses less memary yahoo widgets or google gadgets?

ok i want to download a program where there are things on my desktop and can keep me updated with the world around me. i asked the computer people they say google desktop then i ask my internet provider (road runner) they say yahoo widgets is perfect for my computer. now i stuck with2 choices that i can not solve so i want to know whats the diffrence about thease 2 and which one will not slow down my computer like a slug.
the computer specs are 1.80GHz, 1.18gb of ram
harddrive 1: 37.76gb and free space 64%
hardrive 2: 36.76gb and free space 85%
